We had a great time in New York city. We were fortunate. The weather was never that hot. We had a friend to stay with and other friends to visit. I would recommend that everyone who can go there. It's a great town. Avoid Time Square unless you MEAN TO GO THERE. Oy. It's a train wreck. Otherwise, it's a great town.

This is a picture of us on our last full day in town. We had just enjoyed a meal with good friends and were walking to St. Bart's church. We just happened to stumble upon Radio City Music Hall. We're told that the Rockettes are really quite something to behold. I like this photo because it so clearly summarizes our relationship.

I love my wife. She's fun to travel with.

Time Square, or Times Square?

I wandered through the latter when I visited New York -- what's wrong with it?

Too many people...oy. ;-) It's THE tourist destination and, I am told, actual New Yorkers shy away from it if they can. I don't know if this is true or not, but it is what I was told.
