dueling in the sbc?

It seems that the SBC is becomming interesting again. I won't get too excited about this or applaud the fact that there is dispute. We Baptists always argue with one another. Roger Williams, the famed founder of Baptist life in America, was kicked out of his own church after only three years. He moved on and formed another church. This is Baptist life. It sometimes infuriates me to no end that we shift and grown in such a way. But there you have it. We are scriptural literalists and rationalists all at the same time.
