a postcard from a friend

One of the Girls is in Ireland. Well, one of One of the Girls most accurately...Anyway, Mike sent a postard that read thusly:

Tripp - I saw and old
man playing "Fields of
Athenry" on a synthesizer/
drum machine last night in
the village of Kinsale in Cork.
It was hilarious.

We are hoping to go in January. If not, Grand Canyon, here we come and better luck next year.

You know what...??? Yeah, I wanna go. Seriously. Next summer- or Spring Break- Grab Trish and let's go. Just tell me when so I can save up for the plane tickets. I DESERVE A FRICKIN' VACATION with lots of good company, good music and good beer. My Irish roots are a-callin'... :-)

us too, but it may be coincideing with a side trip to Norway. it is cheaper to fly to dublin then to Oslo.

but we may go before then, too....
