If his position on the FISA is what it (now) was, one would think he would have been privy to the information. He could have resigned before now--though of course he couldn't have said why. I am sure there is some "politicking" going on here. It is just an interesting statement to me. I wonder if the political barometer is really shifting around right now as much as the media suggests. I know, media bias, but it is interesting to hear news of who is "protesting" W and who is not...whatever their reasons.
